Meet Gregor the director of Stewart Temperature Solutions. 

Gregor has been part of the family-run business for 21 years and the director for  15 years and he is extremely committed to providing quality solutions to the customers and an environment for his employees to shine.

Gregor oversees the overall running of the business as well as driving it forward, adapting where necessary and breaking into new sectors that relate to the business to keep the team growing and the work interesting.  He also designs air conditioning  and ventilation systems , liaises with architects and consultants and feeds back to suppliers to provide the best solution for their home or commercial space. 

Meet Ross our renewables manager. 

Ross has been with the team since February and is in charge of looking after air source heat pumps from going out to survey homes to designing the full system and see through to installation. He also delegates tasks to subcontractors when they are working on a project. 

Ross always ensures the smooth running of the process from start to finish.

Meet Alex our office manager. 

Alex is also part of the Stewart family and has worked here now for 3 years. 

He is an invaluable member of our team as he organises the day-to-day running of the business, delegating workload to the engineers and installers, and checking with our customers . He is very articulate at customer service and wants the very best service we can all offer to all our customers, and on the odd occasion when things don’t go to plan he always has a solution.  Additionally, he works with Isabell on managing the invoicing and financial bookkeeping.

Meet Stephen our installations manager!

Stephen is a loyal member of the team being with us now for 13 years.

His main duties include managing the installation teams, completing site visits, communicating with customers, and designing the systems through to installations. Stephen orders the material and equipment for the installs ensuring the guys have everything they need to complete the job so it runs smoothly for us and the client.

Stephen is also great at passing on the wealth of knowledge he has gained with his time in the industry to the young up and coming starts at Stewart Temperature Solutions.

Meet Cammy our head technician and parts manager.

Cammy has been with the company for 7 years.

As head technician, Cammy manages the technician team, overseeing the tasks they complete, and speaks to suppliers and customers.  

Cammy also manages the parts department which involves him cheking stock levels and ensuring we have all the vans  and warehouse stocked so we can ensure as many first fixes as we can.

Great to see cammy always improving and helping out all the junior engineers with any technical help they require.

Meet Peter, our Renewables Sales Expert

Peter brings over 40 years of sales experience to the Stewart Temperature Solutions team, joining us as part of our growing Renewables division. With a passion for innovative building solutions and a proven track record in sales, Peter is dedicated to helping our clients discover the best renewable temperature solutions for their needs.

Peter’s expertise will be invaluable as we expand our offerings, ensuring our clients benefit from energy-efficient and cutting-edge technologies. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the positive impact he’ll make for both our team and our customers.

Meet James our installation engineer.

James has been with us now for 4 and a half years and joined our team when he was halfway through his apprenticeship. 

He is second in command to Stephen and deals with meeting customers at the start of installs,  finalising designs before installations, running installations, and ensuring the boys get out of their beds in the morning.

On top of all this he also runs a very tight ship with his van which you can see filtering down to the apprentices.

Meet Johnny our ventilation engineer.

Johhny joined the team in 2023 and heads up our ventilation side of the company.

Johnny orders all material for the ventilation installs and measures all the technical parts for manufacturer and ensures it all fits.

Having Johnny on board with his years on experience in the ventilation industry will allow us to take on larger scale jobs and ensuring top quality installs.

Meet Katie, our service coordinator. 

Katie plans and coordinates the day-to-day of the business and looks after our nationwide subcontractors network who carry out repair to clients on our behalf.

Additionally, she communicates with customers, books in their surveys, and maintenance, and deals with the after-service of our installs.

Meet Logan, our junior engineer. 

Logan joined the Stewart temperature solutions team 4 yeas ago and is a wonder to watch him picking up all the skills from the other engineers over the years he has been with us.

Logan is a dedicated engineer and he always had a glowing report from the college.

Meet Isabell our lovely admin assistant!

Isabell has been part of Stewart Temperature Solutions for over 17 years and was Gregor's first helping hand in the office side.

Isabell works 2 days a week and is an essential member of our team looking after the banking, invoicing, and bookkeeping side of the business.  

Meet Aiden our junior engineer. 

Aiden joined the team last year.

His main duties include assisting senior engineers on the installations an is starting to pick up the trade well.

Aiden also goes out and carrys out the important planned maintenance visits to our customers.

Meet Rio our first-year apprentice

He has been with the team for one year and has massively improved his skill set. 

Rio is hoping to stay within the company and hopefully go on to become an install manager.

Rio's discipline with his tight training regime and eating on the lead-up to a fight is an inspiration to the full team and his eagerness to learn and push forward is amazing.
